  • Benhart Farm– grass fed meats from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin (beef, chicken, pork, sausage, bacon, lamb, goat, duck, turkeys) and eggs *Remember to bring your empty egg cartons for recycling!
  • Cheese People, The – artisan cheese
  • Fannie’s – baked goods (cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, pound cakes, bread) and coffee
  • LAZ Cosmetics / Morning Dew Designs – all natural bath and body products, sterling silver jewelry, and hand blown glass 
  • Lyons Fruit Farm – South Haven, Michigan fruits and vegetables, apple cider, flowers, plants and eggs
  • Morton Grove Waffles and More
    • Morton Grove Waffles and More – waffles made to order (served with fruit of the day, whipped cream, and/or syrup)
    • Thornburg and Company – unique Michigan-made, small batch, artisan fruit preserves and whiskey barrel aged Michigan maple syrup
    • Classy Cut Catering – Grandma’s Pasta Sauce available in Marinara and Italian Sausage varieties
    • Galena Canning Company – Baja Salsa, Hickory Onion BBQ Sauce, Habanero Honey Mustard, Aged Cayenne & Garlic Hot Sauce, and Artichoke & Spinach Dip
    • Majik Wipe – 100% biodegradable green cleaning product that can be used like a sponge or paper towel, then washed and re-used up to 200 times.  Can replace 15 rolls of paper towels!
  • Organic Bread of Heaven – certified organic, certified vegan, kosher, nut free baked goods including loaves of bread, tortillas, croissants, cookies, pies, challah, and frozen pizza (cheese or mushroom)
  • Patyk Farms – Richmond, Illinois grown plants, herbs, flowers, vegetables (Sweet corn, radishes, red romaine, kohlrabi, orange carrots, tomatoes (cherry & lizzibelle), pak choi, green peppers, red & gold potatoes, cucumbers, and swiss chard)
  • Tamales Express – tamales, tacos, soup, Mexican style corn on the cob (elotes), mangos, coconut, smoothies, and beverages (including fresh lemonade!)
  • Wright Way Farm, The – certified organic vegetables from Beloit, Wisconsin (potatoes,  radishes, arugula, cherry tomatoes, mustard greens, turnips, lettuce), whole wheat flour, and CSA pick ups.

  • Entertainment:  Ruben Zapata will perform from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Ruben will send this Saturday’s donations to  Bugles Across America, an organization that strives to provide “a live rendition of Taps played by a live bugler” to all who request one as part of a veteran’s Military Funeral Honors.

  • Market Bucks (MGFM Gift Certificates) are available for sale at the Welcome Booth.  Cash or Credit Card accepted (MasterCard/Visa).

September 16th

  • Morton Grove Community Forum: Morton Grove Park District‘s Board President Mark Manno and Executive Director Jeff Wait will be available from 10 am – 12 pm to answer questions about the parks, facilities, and programs that the MG Park District has to offer.

Ask them about the upcoming Race to the Taste 5K, the Halloween Family Fest, and other Park District activities.

  • Entertainment:  Nancy Kabat will perform from 8:00 – 9:00 am
  • Community Groups:  Morton Grove Garden Club and the MG Historical Society’s Garden Committee present

    Cook County Commissioner  Josina Morita. 
    Commissioner Morita will make a few short presentations about a gardening compost product the County is providing to gardeners.  This product can be used for flowers and plants along with herbs and vegetables.  A supply will be made available to those who want to try it, free of charge at the market that day.   The presentations will take place at 11:00 am and 12:00 pm.
